Fixer in Kosovo

I am looking for a fixer in Pec, Prizren, or Pristina, Kosovo for about 10 days. Someone who can show me around and help me out. If you know of anyone, please send me an email so we can chat. Hoping to be there is 5-8 days if I can get a hold of someone that soon. Any knowledge of the area would be great too. Just the dos and don’ts and the ins and outs. I know about the area from books, but practical local knowledge is always better. Thanks.
