I’ve been keen to get one – keen to buy!

Me too, but it’s out of my reach. It’s an excellent price, however. I’m about to splash out on some lighting gear and a G9 or 7 (for video and multimedia).

I’ve heard great things about them… but they’re not practical for me. Need to buy another DSLR and a new laptop.

Hi Max, can you give a link of some photos you have done with this kit? I’m thinking of buying one for some time, perhaps this is the moment. thanks and best, Miguel

The images look good. Very similar to a Nikon D100 but slightly truer colors and somewhat less noise at 800/1600.

You can see a photo of the kit here:

Hey, that was quick :) sorry, I don’t know the nikon files, can you show some pics you have done with it? preferably at high iso. thanks, Miguel

Damn, that was practically telepathic, Miguel…I hadn’t even seen your post. I don’t have anything online that I’ve shot with it, but I can probably rustle up a snap or two. Not sure I have an easy place to host the pics online at the moment…shoot me your email in a PM, and I’ll send you a few.
