For sale: Olympus C-7070 Wide Zoom with grip

I just got a full-time newspaper gig, so I’m going to be unloading a lot of gear. This is the first to go.

You’ve all heard about this camera. I haven’t been able to use it as much as I’d like, so I’m offering it up to someone who can take advantage of this awesome camera. It is basically brand new in mint condition. It comes with the box and all its original contents with the vertical grip as well as an extra battery.

Here are the highlights – The camera has a fast response time, shoots at 27mm on the wide part of the zoom, is very easy to adjust exposure controls, accepts both compact flash and xD memory cards, is virtually silent when taking a photo, has a flip out screen, and produces super sharp photos. It’s the closest point and shoot camera I’ve found that functions like an SLR. It would be a great carry-everywhere camera for a professional photographer.
