Francesca Oggiano
Italian journalist and photographer currently based in Tunis, Tunisia.
Graduated in Sociology at the University of Rome, La Sapienza in 2000, she started working as a journalist in italians newspapers and news agency (Il Messaggero, Il Tempo, Omniroma). In 2006 she focus her independent work on documentary photography, reportage and long- term project. In 2009 she joined Invision- Images a photoagency based in Athens, Greece. Her works were published on several magazines: Courrier International; Jeune Afrique; Internazionale; Epsylon Magazine; Politiken Danmark, Panorama, Repubblica. In 2009 she started working on her long term project focus on the recycle of the Olympics Villages in Europe. Actually she focus her works on the conditions of the women in the Mediterranean area.
