Francesca Tosarelli (1984) has been living in Brasil, Italy and the UK. She has a BA in History of Arts and a Master in Photography; she has been working as assistant photographer for Shobha (Contrasto) in Sicily, Thailand and India.
In 2011 she began working as a freelance photojournalist. She’s a member of Matchbox Media Collective.
She’s based between London and Italy.
She had been working with her company for more than 1 year on ‘Sandgrains’ a documentary film about the destruction of the beaches and the overfishing in Cape Verde. (www.sandgrains.org)
