free photobooks

Hi there

you all know democraticbooks? Free photo books for everybody? Just have a look here www.democraticbooks.org

The idea is simple: we invite photographers to send in a series of 30 pictures, 300 dpi. If we like it, it results into a book for free, a photo-e-book you fi nd in the net as a make-up, offered in a new format of 12×12 cm. Each website-guest may download it, print it, cut it and assemble it into a small but excellent booklet. All to be found under www.democraticbooks.org. The costs for production and distribution are therefore unbeatably low, the contest is friendly, demands are unpretentious and the reward is a service for the sake of the cause: a piece of public authorship for the photographer, an attractive cluster of work becomes a virtual joint between net-presence and print-realisation for an inquisitive public.

Have fun and participate.
