Sacred AndesDuring his archaeological studies Krystian Bielatowicz has started the work over the subject The Gods of the Andes planning the photographical expedition to Peru and Bolivia. The first part of the report on believes and rituals in the Andes was made in 2006. The author has been travelling around Peru as well as the nearby Bolivian border region for three months to watch and take part in various celebrations and customs of the Andean indigenous peoples, pilgrim and observe the ordinary life of a provincial parish, spend the time with a Peruvian families and also take part in the session led by curanderos - Peruvian shamans. The second stage of The Gods of the Andes report was a creation of a common project with Monika Rogozińska, a cooperation with National Geographic Poland and in the result the second trip to Incan country.

Born in Czechoslovakia, nowadays lives He published in daily newspapers and magazines such as National Geographic Poland, Newsweek Poland, DF Magazine of Gazeta Wyborcza, Polityka, Przekroj, PRIVATE Magazine (Italy), El Comercio, Cosas and Caretas (Peru), The Virginia Quarterly Review (USA).
