Amit is Mumbai based freelance photographer.

His achievement includes an Honour Mention in Ramanath Goenka Indian Press Photo Awards 2006 in Art & Entertainment Category. His work has been exhibited as group shows in Kolkata and Mumbai. He has contributed pictures for the book “Mumbai now and then” to be published by Rolli publishers in India. Pictures were screened in Kalaghoda festival- Mumbai’2007. His “Dharavi“ work had been exhibited in PIP photo-festival in China – September 2008.
