About

The Media Trust Centre comprise a group of eight veteran
journalists-Editors, Senior Reporters and award winning photo
journalists,
with a vast experience in covering East Africa and Africa at large.
TMTC team specialises in news, features and pictures on humanitarian
situations, human rights, wildlife, investigations, malaria situations,
HIV/AIDs,politics, security, crime and disasters. They have worked in
leading newspapers in East Africa. They are based in Nairobi, Kenya.

FELIX Masi
Is a renowned photo-journalist and humanitarian.
Felix brings together a wealth of
experience in documenting humanitarian and social challenges in East
Africa
on camera.
Felix’s photography has been exhibited in Kenya, Netherlands and the
United
States of America (USA), and is alumnus of a Visiting Fulbright
programme in
leadership, He has won prestigious awards including Johns Hopkins
prestigious award of humanity. His photographs have featured on World
Press
Photo foundation, UNAIDS, DFID [British], EPA, Christian Blinden
Mission
International, John Hopkins Infoforhealth.org, and Stanford University.
He
received the Pana African training in Documentary photography sponsored by World Press Photo Foundation
at the School of Journalism Addis Ababa in Ethiopia.

ADOLPHE CISSAY: News Photographer. Also shoots advertising, corporate, Wildlife, fashion and portraits throughout East Africa and the Great Lakes region Nominee of the World press master class in Netherlands. Won the celebrated Photojournalist of the Year award by the Kenya Union of Journalists. Has worked for East Africas leading newspapers, magazines and news agencies. Currently working on his first book “Glow Africa”.

MESHACK Marende
olitical and Investigation writer of long standing with Kenya’s leading
daily newspapers. Has previously worked as a news editor and political
writer. Now occassionally engages in training investigative
journalists.

MAYO Doma
Specialises in security,crime, investigations and disaster with ten
years on
experience. Has worked in all East African countries. Has established a
network contacts in the region.

JOSEPH Amani
Specialises in humanitarian, wildlife, health, investigations, disaster
and
politics with over 15 years experience in the field. Has worked in all
three
East African countries, with contacts stretching to Great Lakes region.

SANGE Millie
Specialises in human interest,investigations,health, gender, wildlife,
humanitarian situation. Has over 15 years experience in all the three
East
African countries.
