My life has had many twists and turns, ups and downs, all of which I am truly thankful for. I battled with depression for most of my life but in 2008 things had got really bad for me, and I had to stop working.

After spending most of 2008 in hospital and with doctors I had decided that western medicine was not the answer for me. In 2009 I decided to take a journey to the the Amazon jungle, I lived with a Shipibo shaman and his family for a month, clearing my mind and participating in Ayahuasca ceremonies.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with bi-polar, I took the decision not to suppress my feeling with western medicine and instead to simply follow what felt right, and to let go of all my fears.

I have now left the UK, I sold everything I own and I’m living in Cambodia. I simply wish to share with others how I see and feel about the world around me.
