Zoe Rothwell is a British born photographer who has a wide and varied approach to the subject. Educated under the genre of direct photography her images become a world of subtle observations from a travellers perspective. Her inspiration lies somewhere within the space between us, between the memory of the transitory meetings encountered upon the road. Some images may be witnessed as a decisive moment, others as a contrived reality, but all illuminate her work to exist somewhere between the two polar perspectives, contrasting both the real and the imagined.
