This year Fotoasia will organise 3 differents photo workshop in different locations. Fotoasia has been conducting photography workshops for 8 years, during which, 150 participants from numerous nationalities and varied backgrounds have voyaged to fulfil a unique concept of street photography and narative photo. Though, anyone can travel alone and discover a country or a culture, Fotoasia’s approach is to fully embed and immerse participants in the land, people and places. Total immersion is achieved through Nicolas’s sole knowledge and experience of the aforementioned, which is shared throughout the workshop. This is both a human and social endeavour, where one can experience the real atmosphere of Asia or Cuba. The aim of this endeavour is to engross participants in the culture and develop their own photo story, not with the eye of an ordinary tourist, but as a individual who seeks a different vision of humanity and add depth to their personal voyage through life.
