A mdadul Huq is a documentary photographer based in Dhaka. He completed a B.A. course in photojournalism from Pathshala, South Asian Institute of Photography. Now he is working as a staff photographer in DrikNEWS, an International News Photo Agency.

Amdadul’s work has been published in the SIPF Book – 2009 (Singapore International Photography Festival) and China Press Year Book – 2009. His work can be found international dailies and magazines including Himal, The Daily Star, The Daily New Nation, The New Age, Forum, etc. His work was exhibited in Bangladesh along with a group exhibitions at Bangladesh London, SIPF in Singapore . He won an award in excellence at the 5th China International Press Photo Contest (CHIPP2008) in the category of General News Stories with the work—TB in Bangladesh. Also he participated in the 4th Angkor workshop in Cambodia.
