peru quake- aftermath

15/8/07 earthquake in peru- aftermath 5 days after the earthquake that devastated peru’s coast, having buriend more than 500 bodies, now the country tries to look ahead. In the province of ica and pisco the situation is alarming. The prorities now are to give a temporary host to the hundreds of thousands people who lost their homes, protect them by the rigid winter and from the attacks of thieves, give food and drinkable water, avoid epidemies. More than 38 millions us dollaro of humanitarian aids have been driver to the area by the international community. But now the peruvian people are in need for a long period strategy.
