70 Rai

70 Rai is the heart of Klongtoey slum - the biggest in Thailand. I started this project in January 2006 and still on. My view point is not aimed at "Poverty" - that most of the people automatically recall from the place. I rather like see something normal people lost, in exchange with the comfort and luxary. The people I meet there, lives hard, but from the different view, they are wealthy in their mind. The project is far from complete. I am still trying to find it from the close range. Yoonki
