After obtaining a B.A. degree from Columbia College Chicago in 2003, Stacie Freudenberg traveled around the U.S. interning, freelancing and even taking a staff position at asmall community paper. After returning to Chicago she began her full-time freelance career 4 years ago. Since then Freudenberg has been a frequent contributor to the Associated Press and The Chicago Tribune as well as many other local and national publications. In the past, her work has graced the pages of USA Today, MSNBC.com, The Washington Post and The Detroit Free Press, to name a few.
