Having graduated 1997 from the University of Berne with a MA in Modern History, I turned to photography in 1998.

I first worked as a photographer’s assistant and as a teaching assistant ( ICP: International Center of Photograpy) in New York. Back in Switzerland I started my own career as a freelance portrait and reportage photographer in 2000. Since then I’ve worked for the major newspapers/ magazines in Switzerland and for numerous commercial clients.

my clients include: Tissot, Swatch, Microsoft, Interpharma, Swissair, 1to1 energy, Kronenbourg 1664, Sunday Times Magazin, NZZ am Sonntag, Sonntagszeitung, Beobachter and many more.
