Increasing population in urban areas have forced us to re-think how we view the landscape in an unprecedented age of industrialization. While most "urban landscapes" are direct references to the specific city where they're taken these "landscapes" hope to show the common thread of urban life while referencing the broad painterly strokes of early landscape paintings.
