Away from hardcore photojournalism and the News Photo Agency life for some time, back in the days I used to shoot for Gamma-Liaison and later Getty Images News Service. In these great agencies my pictures had the opportunity to run in many of the coveted spaces in well-known newspapers and magazines. I now manage between freelancing on two photographic fronts: Meeting today’s tough demands of client-oriented photography, and taking the time to continue shooting FILM with a bulky 4×5 and a Mamiya RZ, looking to find in the close proximities of daly life whatever it was that I was chasing after during those exotic-assignment years.
