1995-96: Retraced Mark Twain’s route around the world on the 100th anniversary of his journey.

1996-97: Photographed the Green Bay Packers during their Super Bowl-winning season for Dick Schaap’s book: Green Bay Replay.

1998: Received exhibit production grant from ShopKo for 3-year Wisconsin museum tour of Green Bay Replay photographs

1998-2000: Repeated trips to Cuba to document contemporary life.

2002: Received $5,000 grant from the Montana Historical Society to photograph Bobby Brooks Kramer: A Montana Legend

2003: Staff Photographer for the Houston Press

2006: Two photographs from Cuba project acquired by the Houston Museum of Fine Art
• Exhibited 50 photographs from Green Bay Replay at the Neville Museum in Green Bay
• Exhibited 25 photographs from Cuba project at the International Photography Gathering in Aleppo, Syria
• Participated in group show: Artists Responding to Violence Against the Earth at the Museum of Cultural Arts Houston/FotoFest

2007: Honorable Mention in Editor & Publisher’s Pictures of the Year Contest

2008: Selected as Photojournalist of the Year by the Houston Press Club
