The dance represents the death of the devil on the &#180;&#180;cross of forgiveness&#180;&#180; and is traditionally organized by the members of church and the people of Chuao.  The sounds of drums, cuatro and maracas along with hand tailored customs and masks make for a colorful folkloric manifestation.</title>

La pesca es una importante tradici&#243;n para esta comunidad que en las ma&#241;anas se reune  para arrastrar las redes repletas de pesca tra&#237;das por las embarcaciones desde el mar hasta la playa y despu&#233;s clasificar, pesar y cargar parte en cavas, mientras el resto es limpiado, salado y expuesto al sol.
