http://www.lightstalkers.org/galleries/contact_sheet/24305 "Unezhma" 2007 Unezhma is a name of a village on a White Sea, which officially doesn’t exist anymore. You can’t find it on the maps either. However, it is still alive. People from the settlement with the same name, which is 20 km away, come there mostly in summer and autumn, and stay in the old semi-destroyed houses. You can get there by foot; it takes about a day. Or on a special cross-country vehicle, very old and owned by two most prosperous men in the settlement. Their prosperity is explained by the fact that they stopped drinking years ago and work with timber, which is the only occupation you can find there. Most of people come to the village for fishing and hunting. But there are also people who come to Unezhma from different places in Russia and even from other countries, as, they say, this is the only place on Earth where you can find peace.
