"Deslave en la sierra de Oaxaca" (by MTF) http://www.lightstalkers.org/galleries/contact_sheet/30561 La madrugada del 28 de septiembre de 2010, la comunidad de Santa María de Tlahuitoltepec, en Oaxaca, sufrió intensas lluvias y deslaves. Las autoridades difundieron versiones contradictorias sobre el alcance de la tragedia y al constatar que los muertos no serían cientos cancelaron a medio camino el viaje de camiones, ambulancias y helicópteros que llevaban asistencia llegando solamente víveres. Desde esa noche hasta días después fueron los lugareños quienes, pala en mano, se ocuparon de buscar sobrevivientes, recuperar cuerpos y limpiar la zona.
