In the midst of the Occupy movement, media was highly involved in the high-profile protests, the violence, and the collective of people. I was interested in the less-known, less-publicized side of the protests. I visited NYC, DC, Boston, and Minneapolis to create a retrospective of the personal side of Occupy: the similarities as well as the distinctions between this collective but still very individual movement.
