Since 1968 after the change in political relation between People Republic of China and Nepalese government , the Nepalese authority only allow Tibetan refugee to leave its border to enter India on a special pilgrimage ceremony like Kalachackra teaching. During the Kalachackra initiation approach 800 refugee from Paljorling Refugee Camp have leave the camp to pilgrimage to India.
