Ghulam Rasool Pedder opens a water reservoir, the money for which led to his son being abducted. Abdul Rehman Peddar was initially buried under a false name, as an alleged insurgent. Poilce and Press investigations led to the body being exhumed and confirmed to be that of the innocent carpenter. Larnoo. Kashmir. India.
