<title>People leave the small communities along the coast of Norway's northernmost county Finnmark, in favor of a life in the city. 25% of the population has left these coastal areas since 1992. General urbanization, lack of work opportunities and fragile local economies are some of the reasons why people move. The youth hardly see any future in the far north. This picture is from the road between Skaidi and Alta.</title>

The small village Khapi in Bolivia, at the foot of Mount Illimani, is one of the places in Latin America most heavily affected by global climate change. Residents fear water shortage in a few years will force them to flee the village. In recent years, more than 40 people have moved away from the small village. Lack of clean water is one of the main reasons why people move.</title>

<title>In Bolivia climate changes are also a question of population growth and poverty. At last survey, in 2001, the poor city of El Alto had a population growth of 5.1% a year. Old and used pipelines are the reason why as much as 50% of the water in El Alto leaks away and never reaches the consumer. There is not enough water for everybody so the authorities ration the water supply by adjusting the water pressure. Depicted: A car wash in El Alto.</title>
<description>&lt;img src='http://images.lightstalkers.org/images/1177132/aoj-011_small.jpg' /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In Bolivia climate changes are also a question of population growth and poverty.
