Haitian children born on the Dominican Republic territory from Haitian parents are refused birth certificate, access to health care and education. They are victim of human and organs traffic and often violently displaced and deported. They are also victim of discrimination and some are even burnt alive and lynched.

Maciel, 25y Haitian worker near Bavaro where the growth of tourism have required thousand of workers. The tourism economy is based on the Haitians who are brought by the immigration office and the contractors. The contractors then pay the immigration to massively deport the workers when payday arrive and bring a new group of workers .It is cheaper to pay to immigration than to pay the workers, leaving families without any resources.

They had been living there for over 100 years from generations to generations and been forcely displaced by the demolishers while the inhabitants where still in their properties.They now all live in the cities, have lost their family ties and tehri conection with the nature.
