TanguiÃ©ta, BÃ©nin, 2007 - Clothes hung out in the courtyard of Saint Jean de Dieu hospital The courtyard is always crowded by many patients waiting to be hospitalized. Either someone doesn't know when they will be visited by doctors, but nobody protests against that. People's gaze reflects optimism. Daughters help mothers in hanging out the washing as if that open space under the trees was part of their village of origin.
