Hi everyone,
i’m here asking something that to the ears of full-blown, seasoned professionals might sound obvious but i personally have no real clue as this would be the last thing i’d ask to photo editors. And in a globalised world as far as media are concerned it seems urgent to me.

Q: When you shop your work around, what’s the general policy? Let’s say i go to a magazine in Belgium and they take my essay on paper or in their website. Is it fair to call some magazine in , say, USA or France and see if they are interested? Or simultaneous publication may hurt your relationship with editors/magazines?
