Quantum T5D Digital Flash Head

Hi all
I was wondering if anybody out there is using Quantum T5D Digital Flash Head?
I really need the pros and cons about Quantum T5D Digital Flash Head.
What would you recommend as a light traveling lighting kit, mostly for portraiture and lifestyle photography.
Im used to work with Bowens lights (Esprit Gemini).
