I have lived in NYC for about 4 years after moving from Austin, Texas where I got a BFA in photography at University of Texas. I grew up in Lufkin, Texas where my family has a pine tree farm. I’ve been working as an assistant, producer, photo editor, and as much as possible… a photographer. I have never felt happier than when I have a camera in my hand. It is the source of my greatest passion and my greatest fear.

any tips for shooting runway?

I’ve done some runway, but was wondering if anyone could recommend the best flash method for this type of shooting. I have a canon 580ex and a q flash. Any suggestions for diffusion/settings/off camera/etc. would be helpful. Thanks.
