Currently traveling in asia looking for a job.
I now have 3 passports British, Canadian & Australian…when people ask me where i’m from I change the answer to fit the situation in the nicest possible way.
Previously based in Vancouver, Canada where I did film stills and decoration, spending way too much time in the darkroom, renting it out to friends returning from Travels. I have been living in and around Perth in Ozz for the last 5 years, I have been teaching and volunteering my time to try to help organize PhotoFreo while at the same time photographing for the local rag. I’m bored with it and am looking for a change. I studied photography with a doco bent in San Francisco, have worked for the dailies in Sydney, worked as a photographer/diver/deckhand for Greenpeace in the Med. and in British Columbia and Alaska. I was a pearl diver in Broome, Ozz but I don’t like sharks so I gave it up ! I have traveled extensively, being the #1 son of Scottish immigrants it seems to be my destiny, it all started before I was asked if I wanted to go, lucky for me I like it…..
