ICP needs Teaching Assistants

Hello,

A few of the courses in ICP are in need of a teaching assistants for both traditional and Digital classes

I’m teaching a Digital Photo 1 class on Friday evenings beginning today till April 4th. The class meets from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. . The class will require a general use of camera manual modes, color photography, macintosh. We will be learning Lightroom, so quick learners please respond. Oh, we will also do some digital printing.

Please let me know if you or anyone you know is interested.

This is a volunteer opportunity that allows access to all the facilities at ICP for each hour that you help, and of course a core community of lovely people.

Also feel free to email:hefoster@icp.edu

Thanks!

“access to icp labs is worth more than gold”…

Ah, the fabled Golden Photo Labs…surely just a legend?

They were looted by the Carthagenians in 204 BC and rediscovered by the Knights Templar who shipped them to a secret vault, which was opened by retreating Nazi troops in 1943.

All the troops died.

It was The Curse you see. The ICP Golden Labs don’t grant immortality to just anyone you know.

You cannot dare look upon the fabulously bejewelled Epson Printer of Imhotep or the Workstation of Osiris and expect to LIVE

Hi Sandra,

I would be interested in participating in the digital class. I am still in the process of setting up my Lightstalkers profile. But in the meantime you can email me at swoanp@aol.com.

Hey, I certainly recommend working as a TA at ICP. I worked there at ICP at The Point, in The Bronx, and learned a lot. Yes, it’s for free, but still a great experience.
