Iggy

I’m a freelance graphic designer and photographer from Chile living in London.
The way i develop my work has been always experimental and changing. i am particularly interested in places on the margins; places away from the centre of societies; isolated and peculiar in some way; places hiding some special reality, and finding something within their apparent nothingness.
It is within these territories that i start to play with a range of mediums of communication – photography, graphic design and illustration. Just like the places i explore i like to play around with boundaries in my work. using my intuition and a respect for the process i attempt to reveal their secrets.
To me these places on the edge are like a theatre set without the players, an empty stage that seems desolate without its audience and actors.
