Ignacio Maria Coccia Gomez

Born in Madrid in 1974, after many trips between Spain and Italy, he settled in Ascoli Piceno, where he currently lives. In 1998 he went to the European Design’ Institute in Rome. In 1999, he realized his first personal photographic exhibition in Ascoli, Saint’Jacquest, gipsy quarter. In 2001 he published his first photo book The tender plants, a path through the educational work of a nuns’ congregation of Ascoli. In 2002 he worked at the European “Peregrinus Project”. In 2003 he joined Grazia Neri agency. In 2005 he published his second book Kiev–Ukraine. In 2006 he won the prize as best portfolio and he exposed at the ROME INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL. He works with national and international magazines: Sportweek, L’Espresso, D La Repubblica delle Donne, Financial Times
