About
Self-Taught, born in July 1976,and I live in Turkey and started photography recently in September 2004. The reason I chose photography is not only sake of photographies beautiful scenes,but doing worthy things in life,I think I chose the best job of my life. I had lived and worked in a different job in Sudan between 2002-04 and I decided to do stories of people right after i came back from Sudan,my first project was about disabled basketball players and later worked on demolishing houses in Istanbul ;my latest project was about leper patients first I worked about 20 days in the hospital with them and soon I am hoping to extend the Project in beter level I would like to do my best to show their plaid and condition(This was never my dream job-but i feel it become part of my life) – I have been Pre-selected from Turkey by World Press Masterclass Seminars 2006 since January 2007 I have been freelancing for World Picture News.At the moment I am working on features and news related stories.I try to show in my projects people s strenght even facing all the hardships.Open to receive assignments in all over Turkey,please feel FREE to contact with me.Currently working as a photographer in a daily newspaper.
