Massive mass on this young teenaged boy's left eyelid was removed by a plastic surgeon volunteering with an NGO (Hanna Project), who was providing surgery to a small bush hospital that has no surgeons, during the February 2010 trip. This small bush hospital is in the rebel-occupied northeastern corner of Cote d'Ivoire. Hanna Project seeks to provide humanitarian and medical aid (help, hope and healing) to those living in hard to reach and hardly reached regions of the world.
