Crippled since birth, this Ivorian man is incredibly excited as today he will receive a cart with which he can move about much more effectively, much more easily. The cart was provided by an organization called PET--personal energy transportation--and will give him mobility he has never had. This work was done in conjunction with the Hopital de Doropo, a small bush hospital in the rebel-occupied northeastern corner of Cote d'Ivoire.
