Ready to go home, this sweet, friendly little girl had her cleft lip repaired the day before this photo was taken by volunteer medical personnel with the Hanna Project NGO. The surgery was performed at the small bush hospital in the village of Doropo which is located in the rebel-occupied northeastern corner of Cote d'Ivoire.
