Herouxville, Qc town councillor Andre Drouin chats with Dr Najat Boughaba Sunday, February 10/07 in Herouxville's Age d'Or Club. Boughaba came to the town with other Muslim women to discuss Drouin's recently adopted rules for would-be immigrants and to bring gifts. Last month the town council passed a list of societal norms for would-be immigrants - particularly Muslims - that many found outlandish, saying, for instance, a man cannot stone a woman to death and faces are not to be covered except at Halloween.
