The Ferris Wheel and festival goers are reflected in a puddle as the The Lions Club Family Festival continued Thursday at Athletic Park despite rain throughout the day. Friday festival activies include rides from 5 to 11 p.m., a performance by the Celebration Choir of First Nazarene Church and fireworks at dusk.
