Progreso, Mexico - While a drug war rages on, on the borders between Mexico and the United States. The Small border crossing town of Nuevo Progreso still caters to Winter Texans and Tourist. As one crosses the bridge you will start to hear a faint "Regalo Para Mi." coming from under the bridge. Some days large groups of men and women form under the bridge asking crossers from the U.S. to toss down change or dollar bills.
