Tenzin Ngawang, 7 months old, represents an emerging third generation of Tibetan refugees in Nepal. His mother, Dickyi Yangchen, 35, was born in the same Jampaling Tibetan Refugee Camp, while his grandmotger, Sichung, 65, was only 15 years old when she fled Tibet. (taken 03/27/09)
