Sameer, 12 years old, shows the 7 capsules of heroin he is going to swallow. The heroin is called crystal for its purity. He travels to Iran with 7 to 8 capsules injested and then uses a laxative to excrete them. He hands them to a trafficker on the other side of the border. If the capsules break, he will die of heroin overdose.
