Sameer, 12 years old, shows the heroin he is going to swallow. Each of them contain 5 grams of crystal, a very pure heroin. He travels to Iran with 7 to 8 capsules injested and then uses a laxative to excrete them. He hands them to a trafficker on the other side of the border. If the capsules break, he will die of heroin overdose.
