Western software tools such a Microsoft servers are disproportionaly expensive compared with people and hardware costs in Africa. The price of bandwidth, more expensive than in developed markets also puts Ugandan's at a disadvantage: "We have to use Google like everyone else, to read documentation, to write code". Ambition is one thing not lacking: "We're going to be like India in 10 years. We're going to get those contracts".
