On March 11,2011 a magnitude 9.0 earthquake on the Richter scale hit Japan. A tsunami of gigantic proportions followed. On Agust 11th, 5 months after the quake I set on a personal journey on foot from Sendai to Kamaishi, about 210 Km to document the evolution of the situation. An elderly woman is patiently waiting for the bus to arrive. The whole city is still suffering from the terrible disaster and the reconstruction process is taking a long time. 23 August, 2011.
