Texarkana, Ark., Fire Department battles a house fire at 30 Legion Street Saturday evening. The blaze was reported at 5:09 p.m. and took about an hour to extinguish as they fought to keep the fire from spreading to adjacent woods. Fire Marshal Stephen Johnson said the house had been vacant since a nearby train derailment in 2005, and speculated the fire could have started from someone trying to stay warm, as temperatures dipped into the mid-20s.
