The image of adolescence in Bangladesh today. These are the faces of upper middle class teenagers aged 13 to 16. I wanted to capture the contemporary transition from childhood to adulthood. To show the parallel reality of both emotional and physical self discovery.

Society is changing very fast, yet these faces tell the same global story of youth. Even I once doubted my own feelings and values in my odyssey to adulthood. These images also confirm my own past teenage dilemma. The teenage bewilderment that even affluence cannot erase.
